What happens if I want to make a change to my flight?
If you’d like to make changes to your flight - such as new travel dates or destinations - please contact your travel agent directly.
Your agent manages your booking with the airline and will be able to:
- Confirm whether your fare allows changes, and
- Advise on any restrictions, fare differences, or change fees.
💬 How flight changes work
- All change requests must be handled by your travel agent.
- Any change fees or fare differences are payable upfront to your agent.
- Once your agent confirms the changes with the airline, your travel agent will need to coordinate this with us. We would need to modify the instalment plan to ensure final payment before you depart. As we offer lay by, you cannot depart on your trip before your payment schedule is complete.
