Ineligible bookings

We do not allow all bookings. A booking will be deemed ineligible for our service if:

• The booking departs in less than 14 days time
• The payee is not 18 years old or older
• The booking fails our fraud check process
• Is travelling a ‘Do Not Travel Zones’ as per the Australian Government Smart Traveller
  • This locations are updated regularly by the government as conditions in regions evolve
