How does a payment plan get confirmed?

How does a payment plan get confirmed?

👉 All bookings must pass an internal fraud check and risk assessment before being approved

‍

Once a deposit is paid for a payment plan the following steps are completed before the payment plan is confirmed.

‍

Fraud Check

We run a series of checks on the customer and booking to ensure the sale is a legitimate one. We check that the booking is a real and active and that the customer paying has some relation to the travellers on the booking.

We may request further information from you if we see something is missing or have questions.

‍

Risk Assessment

Some bookings we cannot fund - we have some product rules in place e.g. booking cannot be departing in less than 2 weeks from sale. Bookings like these will not be allowed to be processed.

‍

Confirmed

Once both of these steps are passed the booking is confirmed and a Slice Pay payment plan will be enabled.
