How do flight changes work?

How do flight changes work?

Voluntary changes

  • If the customer wants to make changes to their flight booking, they should contact the travel agent. The travel agent will be responsible for modifying the PNR and re-issuing the tickets as usual.

❔ Note, flight changes will be one-off costs that are paid directly to the travel agent. The lay-by plan will continue unchanged.
  • If the customer wishes to bring their dates forward, the Travel Agent must notify Slice Pay, as we may need to modify the instalment plan to ensure final payment is made prior to departure.

Involuntary changes

  • If there is an involuntary change, the travel agent will be responsible as normal, to contact the customer and make necessary arrangements based on the customer’s preference.
